If you select "Pay Deposit Only", payments for the weeks of July 2-25 are due June 2nd. Payments for weeks July 28 -August 22 are due July 2nd.

** Please store credit card on your account so you can be billed on the dates above. Alternatively, you can log in to pay in full before these dates**

If you select "City of Cornwall Subsidy" you are responsible for completing the application process through the City of Cornwall within 14 days of camp registration. If you do not qualify for a subsidy, you will be responsible to pay for camp or notify BGC immediately if you wish to cancel. A non-refundable deposit of $50 per week will apply. Picking up your child:
*Please note that you may be required to provide Photo ID at pick up (if you are new to the pick up list, OR if our staff are new and are unfamiliar with Parents/Guardians), so please ensure you have Photo ID with you.

What to bring:
• Bring a nut-free Lunch and 2 snacks, labelled with name
• Bring a reusable, refillable water bottle
• Sunscreen, swimsuit, towel and hat
• Running shoes and proper footwear for outdoor activities (closed toe, not sandals)
• Do not bring electronics or toys from home
